Therapy services

Information provided on this website is for general guidance only and does not replace professional medical or emergency support.

Therapy services are provided following an enquiry, assessment or agreement. The suitability of therapy will be considered on an individual basis.

Service agreement

Where therapy services are provided, a separate agreement or therapeutic contract will set out the terms of working together, including responsibilities, confidentiality and cancellation arrangements.

Not an emergency service

Ivy Light Therapy does not provide crisis or emergency support. If you are in immediate distress or at risk, you should contact appropriate emergency services or a crisis support provider.

Payments

Payment for sessions is required in advance, typically at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.

A secure payment method will be provided for all sessions. Ivy Light Therapy does not store card details.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are outlined separately in the Cancellation Policy. By booking a session, you agree to those terms, including required notice periods.

Right to refuse or withdraw services

Ivy Light Therapy reserves the right to decline or discontinue services where it is not appropriate to proceed, including where a service is not suitable or where professional or safety considerations apply.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is an important part of therapy. Information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and Safeguarding Policy, which explain how personal and sensitive information is used, stored and, where necessary, shared.

Intellectual property
