Payment & Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines how appointments are booked, paid for and managed at Ivy Light Therapy. It is designed to keep things clear, fair and consistent for all clients.
Payment
Payment is required 48 hours prior to each session.
You will be provided with a secure method to pay for your sessions.
Cancellations
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or rearrange a session. If less than 48 hours notice is given, the full session fee will be charged.
Block Bookings
Block bookings are non-refundable after 90 days from the date of payment. All sessions within a block must be scheduled and completed within a 6 month period of the initial payment date. A 48 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid losing a session from the block.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late for a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. This ensures fairness to all clients and allows the day to run as planned.
