We’re here to support you, but Ivy Light is not a crisis service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please use the emergency support options listed below.

In An Emergency

If there is an immediate risk to life - CALL 999 or go to your nearest hospital Accident & Emergency department.

24/7 Crisis Support

  • Samaritans – Call 116 123: FREE 24/7 safe space to talk about anything that's troubling you.
  • Lincolnshire Mental Health Helpline – Call 0800 001 4331: 24/7 support for Lincolnshire residents of all ages.
  • SHOUT Text Line – Text SHOUT to 85258: FREE confidential mental health support via text.
  • NHS 111 – Call 111: For urgent but non-life-threatening medical help, including mental health advice.

Ongoing Mental Health Support

If you are not in immediate crisis but need therapeutic mental health support, Ivy Light's caring and compassionate Therapists may be able to help you:
  • Short-term and long-term counselling.
  • Support for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-harm, and more.
  • Low-cost counselling options.
We typically respond to enquiries within 2 working days, but we cannot offer same-day or emergency appointments. We do not provide medication, diagnosis or crisis intervention. We are not able to support active risk to life without appropriate emergency services involvement.
